Atlantic Philanthropies

The Atlantic Philanthropies grant 2011-2014 supported LGNI to undertake initiatives aimed at bringing generations together to build more age-friendly communities. It involved a broad range of communities, organisations and individuals in promoting the contribution that intergenerational approaches make to the building of communities for all ages in Northern Ireland.

Linking Generations NI would like to thank everyone who attended their evaluation launch on Wednesday, 18 March, held in the Queen’s Quarter Crescent Arts Centre. The event was used to celebrate the success of LGNI’s Atlantic Philanthropies grant; those in attendance heard from some of the wonderful people LGNI have worked with over recent years. Junior Ministers Jennifer McCann and Jonathan Bell launched the final evaluation report and offered words of support and congratulations. And everyone enjoyed lovely pink cupcakes on the day!!! You can view the final evaluation report by clicking here. Or please contact our office on 028 9181 3022 should you like further information about any of LGNI’s work.
